Are my octagonal feet supposed to fit in the round hole of the SnapPad?Updated a year ago

Yes! Rest assured that your octagonal feet will fit in the round hole of the SnapPad. You don’t need to align your octagonal jack feet in any special orientation to get them to fit into your SnapPad. All you need to do is make sure that the jack foot is centered over the round hole of the SnapPad; you don’t need to align the sides of the SnapPad with the sides of the jack foot.

We purposely designed these pads to avoid people having to perfectly line up the awkward shape of the octagon to install your pads. As long as you make sure that the jack foot is centered over the round hole of the SnapPad when you install them, your feet will fit very securely.

You can find the detailed installation instructions for the EQ Octagon pads here.
