Do SnapPads affect levelers?Updated a year ago

Occasionally we are asked if the weight of the pads affects the levelers. The short answer is “no”, but we wanted to expand on that for anyone worried or curious.

From our experience over the years with industry partners and users, leveling systems can withstand thousands of pounds during retracting and extending. Most modern luxury RVs weigh several tons, so hydraulic systems are designed and manufactured to handle that weight and pressure.

SnapPads only weigh a few pounds each (between 3 and 9, depending on the model), a trivial amount compared to what an RV leveling system is rated for. As a result, despite having sold over 100,000 SnapPads into the market so far, none have been returned due to weight-related issues on any rig, regardless of the make or model. We have partnered with two of the largest leveling system manufacturers, Equalizer® and Bigfoot Hydraulic Systems®. They not only recommend SnapPads but sell and install them too.

However, if you receive your SnapPads and feel that they are too heavy for your rig we appreciate and respect your concern and will accept them for return and refund your money.
