How do I install SnapPads?Updated a year ago

Step 1: Place the SnapPad underneath the metal foot of the RV. Be sure to install your pads one at a time! And grab a partner - SnapPads are much easier to install with two people.

Step 2: Be sure your pad is properly aligned with your jack. You can lower the jack a few inches above the SnapPad to ensure the pad is centered. Lower the foot into the cavity and apply pressure until the lip wraps over the edge of the foot. You'll know it's in place by the distinctive snap!

We recommend using some dish soap around the inner lip to help snap it into place. WARNING: Do not use petroleum-based lubricants (i.e., Silicone or WD 40), as this can potentially erode the SnapPad.

Step 3: Now, your SnapPads are permanently installed and ready to level your RV across any surface effortlessly. It's just that easy.

Step 4: Should your SnapPad not install, raise your foot 3” - 4", place a 1/4” shim on the side of the pad that hasn’t engaged, and lower the foot. The shim will help snap the pad into place.

For further instructions, check out our Installation Videos, we have one for each line of SnapPad products.
