Have you found your SnapPads are not draining and are retaining water? To get rid of the standing water you can try retracting the feet and tilting them to the side to facilitate draining. You can also clean and dry them off using compressed air, a towel, or napkins. Then, please take a close look at the drainage channels on the pads to see if there are any small stones, dirt, or mud clogging the water channels preventing water from draining and remove them.

Alternatively, if you have a set of our XTRA pads that fit on 9" round jack feet, you can drill small drain holes into the bottom of the pad using the existing holes in the jack feet as guides. However, please keep in mind that water goes both ways so in deeper puddles they can get plugged by mud.

And while you are down there, it is also a good idea to check the torque on the bolt holding the jack foot on, as it should be a part of your routine safety checks on your RV.
