How do I make a warranty claim?Updated a year ago

To activate your warranty, simply fill out the Warranty Registration Form (available here).

Origen RV Accessories LTD offers a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on both performance and defects in material and workmanship. If your pads fail due to a manufacturer's defect within two years of your purchase date, we will replace your pads for free. Warranty coverage does not extend to Acts of god, misuse of product, improper installation, and damage from external events like accidents.

If you need to make a Warranty Claim please fill out the claim form (available here) with your purchase information and we will review your details and contact you to confirm your warranty submission.

    • We will require the following information:
      • Your name
      • Email address
      • Date of purchase
      • Order number
      • Photo of the damaged pad/ foot that suffered a loss

One of our Customer Care Specialists will review your claim and reach out to you.

Please note: If your SnapPads were purchased from another RV Dealer, Amazon, or online source we encourage you to contact them for your replacement/refund. Proof of purchase via order number receipt or email confirmation is required for any warranty redemption on your pads.

*Warranty is void if SnapPads are installed then uninstalled, or used in any other way detailed in the terms & conditions. Visit our warranty information page for more details. The warranty also does not cover damage inflicted on the pads by misuse, accident, or acts of God.
