How do I make sure my SnapPads last?Updated a year ago

We designed every SnapPad product line with built-in water drainage to help remove excess water that might gather on the top of your jacks when parked in the rain or snow. If you want to really ramp up your jack foot protection and ensure a long, healthy life for your leveling system, you can combine RV SnapPads with a layer of water-repellent sealant like Flex Seal®. Looks great, and your levelers will thank you :)

Simply protect your ram with a paper wrap, apply the Flex Seal® to the jack foot (top & bottom), let cure for 24 hours, and then snap on your SnapPad! Click here to read a blog article that has a few photos at the bottom to show you what it should look like.

Something to watch out for is avoiding silicone-based lube and fluids from the vehicle (which can degrade the rubber). And remember, if your rig should ever bottom out, check that your SnapPads are still attached, as they can be scraped off from the jack feet with excessive force.
