How do I return my SnapPads?Updated a year ago

Changed your mind? Do you have an issue with your SnapPad's or need to return them? You can return UNUSED SnapPads within 30 days of purchase. Simply follow these steps to be issued a full refund for the product you are returning.

  • Contact our Customer Care Specialists at [email protected] so we can address your specific concern.
  • Provide us with your order number and/or proof of purchase.
  • Be advised the purchase must have originated directly from the RV SnapPad website, and the product must be shipped back to Origen RV Accessories LTD at your cost, meaning you pay the shipping charges for returning any pads.
  • Once shipped, email your tracking number to [email protected] for confirmation and then your refund will be issued.

Please note: If your SnapPads were purchased from an RV Dealer, Amazon, or other online source we encourage you to contact them for your replacement/refund. Proof of purchase via order number receipt or email confirmation is required for any warranty redemption on your pads.
