What are SnapPads made of?Updated a year ago

RV SnapPad® is proudly made in America from finely graded recycled rubber, which keeps old tires from cluttering up landfills and damaging the environment. In fact, as of the end of 2022, we have recycled over 50,000 truck tires into long-lasting SnapPads.

Our process uses recycled tire crumb, high-strength resin, and a 100+ ton press to make SnapPads extremely durable. As a result, SnapPads are engineered to be resistant to UV exposure, water, heat, oil, tar, mud, and any other environmental hazard. SnapPads are made not to crack, burn, melt, or break under normal conditions.

SnapPads have been lab tested to remain attached at over 50 G’s of force, even under extreme conditions, including heat (+140°F) and cold (-40°F).
