What do the letters on the SnapPads mean?Updated 2 years ago

The letters on the SnapPads have to do with our manufacturing process. Each SnapPad is made on a separate manufacturing line, using a mold specifically for the jack foot size and shape. The letter corresponds to the mold used.

If you need to contact us regarding a problem or a question with your pad, you can always use that letter to tell us which pad you are referring to!
