What does the SnapPad warranty cover?Updated a year ago

To protect your purchase, we offer a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty on performance and material defects for your SnapPads, starting from your date of purchase. If your pads should fail during that period due to a flaw in manufacturing, we will replace them for free!

We also offer an extended warranty, which adds three additional years for a total of 5. To purchase, look for the offer in your cart, or contact our Customer Service team.
