What does the SnapPad Warranty cover?Updated a month ago
To protect your purchase, we offer a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty on performance and material defects for your SnapPads, starting from your date of purchase. If your pads should fail during that period due to a flaw in manufacturing, we will replace them for free!
Please note; Your 2-Year Warranty will only cover the pads purchased, and we will only provide 1 replacement of each purchased pad. This means, if you purchased the XTRA 4 pack, we will only provide you with 4 total replacement pads. If you have an issue with the same jack location multiple times, we will only replace that pad once.
We also offer an extended warranty, which adds 3 additional years for a total of 5. To purchase, look for the offer in your cart, or contact our Customer Service team.
