What does the SnapPad Warranty cover?Updated 8 days ago

We stand behind the quality of our products. Every RV SnapPad and accessory comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. If your SnapPads or accessories fail due to a manufacturing defect during that time, we’ll replace them—free of charge.

Please note: Promotional items, such as SnapPad-branded coasters, sunglasses, or other giveaways, are not covered under warranty.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper installation, misuse, or acts of nature.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
  • Coverage Period: 2 years from the original purchase date.
  • What’s Covered: Manufacturer defects in SnapPads and accessories.
  • What’s Not Covered:
    • Accidental damage or acts of God
    • Improper installation or misuse
    • Damage caused by service technicians or external events
    • Cosmetic issues that don’t affect product function
    • Reinstallation of removed SnapPads
    • Used, open-box, or resold products
    • Promotional products like coasters, sunglasses, or giveaway items

Important: SnapPads are intended to be installed once and left in place. Removing and/or reinstalling them will void your warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
  1. Proof of Purchase is Required. If you bought from a dealer, Amazon, or another retailer, we will require a copy of your Proof of Purchase for your SnapPad product. If you bought your SnapPads directly from rvsnappad.com, we already have a record of your purchase!
  2. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue.
  3. Register your Pads or File A Claim. Visit our Warranty Info page to register your purchase, or file a Warranty Claim.
