What does the SnapPad Warranty cover?Updated 12 days ago

We stand behind the quality of our products. Every RV SnapPad and accessory comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. If your SnapPads or accessories fail due to a manufacturing defect during that time, we’ll replace them—free of charge.

Please note: Promotional items, such as SnapPad-branded coasters, sunglasses, or other giveaways, are not covered under warranty.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper installation, misuse, or acts of nature.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
  • Coverage Period: 2 years from the original purchase date.
  • What’s Covered: Manufacturer defects in SnapPads and accessories.
  • What’s Not Covered:
    • Accidental damage or acts of God
    • Improper installation or misuse
    • Damage caused by service technicians or external events
    • Cosmetic issues that don’t affect product function
    • Reinstallation of removed SnapPads
    • Used, open-box, or resold products
    • Promotional products like coasters, sunglasses, or giveaway item

Important: SnapPads are intended to be installed once and left in place. Removing and reinstalling them will void your warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
  1. Proof of Purchase is Required. Save your order confirmation or receipt.
  2. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue.
  3. Purchased Elsewhere? If you bought from a dealer, Amazon, or another retailer, please reach out to them directly for replacements or refunds.
Returning Unused ProductsChanged your mind? No worries.
  • You may return unused SnapPads or accessories within 30 days of purchase.
  • Contact [email protected] to begin your return.
  • Return shipping to Origen RV Accessories Ltd. is at your expense.
  • Once your return is received and verified, we’ll issue a refund. Please email your tracking number for confirmation and faster processing.
