Why is there a hole in the bottom of the SnapPads?Updated a year ago

All SnapPads are manufactured with a bolt access hole in the bottom of them. This is designed to allow access to the bolt that holds the jack foot onto the ram, and allow you to tighten (or remove, if necessary) your jack foot, without removing your SnapPad and voiding your warranty.

It is a good idea to make checking the torque on the bolt holding the jack foot part of your routine RV safety checks. The SnapPad itself should not contribute to these issues, but if you notice that your jack feet seem loose or have any movement on the leveling legs please take the time to tighten your bolts, or take your rig in for service to have someone tighten them for you.
